purchase. Save the purchase receipt and this filled in form. You may send a copy of this filled in form to the address below if you
are not able to register online. Please also add a copy of your purchase receipt.
This warranty is only valid if you have registered on our website. This form must be completed and provided together with the
original purchase receipt in the event of repairs being necessary. After the two years warranty period is over you may of course
still request a repair if necessary but all cost will then be at your own expenses.
