9.3 Tyre pressure
The maximum tyre pressure depends on tyre width and inner rim width. The following table might be of help when
adjusting the tyre pressure. Do not exceed the maximum tyre pressure!
On bicycles with originally fitted tyres, the maximum tyre pressure can be determined from the tyre width. You can find
the tyre width on the sidewall of the tyre.
On many bikes, it makes sense to choose a tyre pressure that is lower than the maximum pressure for a more
comfortable ride. The minimum tyre pressure is also marked on the tyre sidewall and you should not fall below this
value either.
