Troubleshooting
3
Press the shutter release button down
half way to set exposure and focus.
The camera gives a short double-beep and the green shooting mark
"
Z
" lights on the LCD monitor to indicate that the focus has been set.
4
Press the shutter release button down
fully.
The camera emits the shutter sound and takes a picture.
B
Note
A flashing shooting mark "
Z
" indicates that the
focus is not set. Press the shutter release button
half way again until the shooting mark "
Z
" stays lit
and the focus is set.
Pressing the shutter release button half way
When you press the shutter release button, it stops at a
point on the way down to the fully pressed position. At this
point, it is said to be pressed half way and the camera
determines the focus in readiness for taking a picture. If
you then continue pressing the shutter release button all
the way down, the camera takes the picture.
B
Note
You can adjust the volume of the shutter sound.
