4-3 Setting the Y-axis Origin for the Rotary Axis Unit

Chapter 4 Feature Reference

Sensor cable

➏

Run the sensor cable around behind the machine to the
top of the table, and connect the sensor cable to the sen-
sor.

Mount the cutter on the spindle.

Make sure the VIEW light is on.

➋

Insert the cutter into the spindle.

Cap the tip of the blade and insert it facing up.

➌

Tighten the tool retaining screw at a location about 2 to 3
mm above the table.
