3-2 Getting Ready for Cutting Using the Rotary Axis

Chapter 3 Operation

Insert the collet from underneath.

Tighten the collet using spanners.

➎

Insert the cutter into the spindle.

➏

Tighten the tool retaining screw at a location at least 1 mm
above the work plate.

Change the amount of blade extension for the blade tip to match
the thickness of the workpiece.
