5.3 Operation

Note : Change the oil more frequently when the gas is corrosive or contains dust or when there

are several operation cycles.

5.4 Stopping the blower

Warning : Follow strictly the stopping procedure in order to avoid to damage the blower or the

plant

Close the shut-off valve between the blower and the plant
Close the cooling circuit
Stop the blower

Warning : Do not operate the blower without the cooling system

Stop immediately the forevacuum system

Warning : Do not stop the forevacuum system before stopping the blower.

Warning : Check that the deceleration of the blower is even and without vibrations.

Warning : If the gas conveyed by the blower is corrosive bring the plant to atmospheric

pressure by means nitrogen in order to avoid the corrosion of the blower.
