6.10. CYCLE START
Proceed as indicated.
1.
Make sure that the coating is locked inside the gripper or attached to the hook.
2.
Make sure that the machine is in phase.
3.
Place the product to be wrapped on the infeed conveyor.
4.
Choose a recipe from the control panel (see
6.3.
“Operating terminal description” - “Use of the terminal
“).
5.
Check the position of the “Door opening request” selector switch.
It should be turned so as to allow the machine to start.
6.
Press the “Start” button on the control panel to begin the work cycle.
The machine will carry out the band wrapping automatically.
7.
After the product has been transported onto the outfeed conveyer, pick it up.
6.11. TYPES OF STOPPING AND STARTING
During operation there can be voluntary or unforeseen conditions that stop the machine.
These are the possibilities:
‒
temporary stop (voluntary).
‒
electric black-out stop.
‒
production end stop.
‒
Emergency stop.
6.11.1. TEMPORARY STOP (VOLUNTARY)
It can occur for a brief work pause, a few minutes.
Activate the STOP button.

Danger - Warning
The machine is still running, just press the START button to restart.
6.11.2. ELECTRIC BLACK-OUT STOP
In case of voluntary interruption of electric power supply, machine stops immediately.
The electric motors stop and the pneumatically operated components remain still in their position.
When electric power supply returns, the machine does not continue its operating cycle but remains still in the
same position.
