Adding Expansion Modules
If the NetProfiler has Internet access, you could download the installation file directly from the UI Module CLI:
cd /mnt/spare/install/
sudo wget

full URL to the file on the Support site

You could download the installation file to another location on the management network and use the following
command to copy it from that location to the installation directory on the Base Module:
sudo scp
<
user@server:/path/to/file
>
mnt/spare/install

Do the following for each Expansion Module up to the fourth module in the system.

. Ensure that the Expansion Module is connected to line power and to the same switch on the management network
as the UI Module.

. Using a console cable, connect a laptop or other device to the Console connector of the Expansion Module.

Log in at the login prompt using “admin” user name and password.

When the configuration wizard starts, it displays the product model and serial number.

Enter the required information at the following prompts. For example:
Welcome to SteelCentral Setup!
Configuring SCNP-04280 with serial number GEHKK0000E731
Press ctrl+c to restart
Discovered IPv4 address 10.38.128.196/18
Please enter the Manager (UI) device's IP address (this device)

Choose a password for the mazu, dhcp, root, and admin shell users.
