Open the Transfer Cover.

Pull out and remove the jammed
paper.

If it is not easy to pull out the paper, do not
pull it forcibly because the paper might be
torn. In this case, open the left cover of the
Finisher and remove the paper from the
side of the Transfer Roller.

Close the Transfer Cover.
