5-4. Apply the sample gas
Connect the pressure-proof tube to the
GAS IN on the sampling box and apply
the sample gas from the sampling
point. The sample gas pressure should
then be less than 0.7 MPa. Make sure
that the pressure regulator on the
panel is set 0.1±0.02MPa. Adjust the pressure regulator at 5-4 is the adjustment is necessary.
5-5. Start measuring
Turn the “SAMPLE GAS / AIR” Switch
Cock lengthways, and the measurement
is to be started. Adjust the flow rate to
be over 0.4 L/min at the Flow Meter A
located left side on the sampling box.
The higher the flow rate at the Flow
Meter A is, the sooner the flow rate
indication is to be stable. It is recommended, especially for the first measurement, to adjust the
flow rate to be 0.8L/min at the Flow Meter A since there is remaining air in the pressure-proof
tube, the pressure regulator and internal tubes.
5-6. A temporary suspension of measuring
If checking Zero condition or suspending measuring are necessary, turn the “SAMPLE GAS /
AIR” Switch Cock sideways.
5-7. Quit measuring and Power Off
1. It is necessary for the Measuring
Unit to apply fresh air before the
Power Off. Turn the “SAMPLE GAS /
AIR” Switch Cock lengthways to
apply fresh air.
Press the power key until the LCD
display goes out. (The buzzer beeps three times while pressing the power key.
2. Keep on pressing the stopper on the
retaining bar .and close the sampling
box.
