6-3. Setting Display (Setting Mode)
The Setting Mode is for “adjusting the time”, ”adjusting the LCD contrast ” and “reviewing the
saved data”. Enter the Setting Mode by pressing MODE key more than 2 seconds after the Power
On.
Once the Setting Mode is on, the display shown right appears.
Move the cursor (black bar) with the
▼▲
keys and select an item
by pressing ENTER key.
Items and contents
START MEAS.
Move to the Measuring Mode and start measuring
SET DATE / TIME
Adjust the clock
VIEW SAVED DATA
Review the saved data
CLEAR SAVED DATA
Delete the saved data
LCD CONTRAST
Adjust the LCD contrast
Move to the Measuring Mode and start measuring (START MEAS.)
This is an item to move to the Measuring Mode and start measuring
after the Setting Mode is completed. Select the “START MEAS”
with the
▼▲
keys at the display shown right, and press the ENTER
key.
Adjusting the time (SET / TIME)
This is an item to adjust the internal clock. The initial position of the
cursor is YEAR. Select the number with the
▼▲
keys and press
the ENTER key. The cursor then moves to DAY. Select the DAY,
MONTH, HOUR and MINUTE by following the same procedures
as YEAR. HOUR is displayed through a 24-hour clock.
Review the saved data (VIEW SAVED DATA)
This is an item to review the saved data. On the first line, the data number is shown. On the
second and third lines, the saved data and time are displayed. Select the data with the
▼▲
keys
and press the ENTER key, the saved data is then shown up. While reviewing the saved data, the
white and black letters on “SF6 in AIR” are reversed. To move to the initial display in Setting
Mode, press the CANCEL key.
