6-2. Basic display for Measuring Mode
Saving data
To save data, press the SAVE key until the buzzer beeps.
The display shown right appears, and time, a date and a measuring
result are saved chronologically from No.001 to No.100. The saved
data can be reviewed at “VIEW SAVED DATA” in the SETTING
MODE. Also, the saved data can be deleted at “CLEAR SAVED
DATA” in the SETTING MODE.
SF6 concentration is displayed
during the measurement. If the SF6
concentration exceeds 99.9%, the
display is to be 99.9

up.

necessary.

Due to the soiled interferometer, the contrast gets too low to
measure. Replacing or cleaning the interferometer is necessary.

The light source brightness of the interferometer is too low to
measure. Replacing or repairing interferometer is necessary.
When data is saved, this
symbol appears.
When the “CAUTION ~ ” appears on the LCD, take adequate measures to deal with the
caution as soon as possible.
