GAS IN
Inlet for the sample gas.
A specific pressure-proof tube must be connected to the inlet, and the
sample gas must be supplied through the tube. The sample gas pressure
must be 0.15
~
0.7MPa.
Pressure Regulator
Regulator for reducing pressure of the sample gas supplied from GAS IN.
Adjust the pressure to be 0.1±0.02MPa while “SAMPLE GAS - AIR” Switch
Cock is turned lengthways.
“SAMPLE GAS -
AIR” Switch Cock
Switch Cock for changing over the Sampling Line and the GAS OUT / AIR
IN Line.
If the Switch Cock is turned sideways (a position as indicated upper left
figure), air (Zero Gas) is supplied from GAS OUT / AIR IN to the Measuring
Unit. If the Switch Cock is turned lengthways, the sample gas is supplied
from GAS IN to the Measuring Unit.
Flow Meter A
(Sampling Line)
Flow Meter for indicating a flow rate of the Sampling Line.
Adjust the flow rate to be over 0.4L/min while “SAMPLE GAS - AIR” Switch
Cock is turning lengthways.
Flow Meter B
(Measuring Line)
Flow meter for indicating a flow rate of the Measuring Line.
Adjust the flow rate to be 0.02L/min while “SAMPLE GAS - AIR” Switch
Cock is turned sideways.
Measuring Unit
Instrument for measuring SF6 gas purity. The detail information is written
in page-4.
GAS OUT / AIR IN
Outlet for emitting surplus sample gas
while “SAMPLE GAS - AIR” Switch
Cock is turned lengthways.
AND,
Inlet for taking air (Zero Gas) while “SAMPLE GAS - AIR” Switch Cock is
turned sideways (a position as indicated upper left figure)
