7. MAINTENANCE
7-1. Daily check
1). Check there are any damages on the switches, lamps, display, or body.
2). Check the battery voltage.
3). Check there are no error messages after the Power On.
4). Check the Pressure Regulator is adjustable to be 0.1±0.02MPa while “SAMPLE GAS - AIR”
Switch Cock is turned lengthways.
(5). Check the Flow Meters are adjustable to be appropriate flow rates.
7-2. Confirming sensitivities
It is recommended that the sensitivity of the Measuring Unit is confirmed periodically (at least
once annually) to ensure the correct operation. In case of any problems found or calibration
request come up, have a contact any of our agents.
7-3. Frequency / Standard for replacing parts
The frequency of the replacement parts mentioned below is simply standard. The life of the
replacement parts is dependent on how the instrument used and stored.
