16. Collegamenti frigoriferi
Avvertenze preliminari
Le informazioni di dettaglio sulla macchina (misure,
dimensioni, attacchi, spazi di rispetto, ecc.) sono
riportate nel capitolo “dati tecnici”.
Gli attacchi frigoriferi, dotati di valvole di intercettazione
sull’unità esterna, sono predisposti i per collegamenti
a cartella.
L’apparecchio non necessita di linee frigorifere
precaricate.
Le linee frigorifere devono essere il più possibile
rettilinee e le curve necessarie devono avere un raggio
maggiore di 300 mm.
Evitare l’introduzione di gas incondensabili (aria)
nel circuito, altrimenti potrebbero generarsi, in
funzionamento, elevate pressioni con rischio di rotture.
Utilizzare tubazioni di collegamento ed attrezzature
idonee al refrigerante del sistema.
Evitare di stringere troppo il nastro adesivo per non
danneggiare l’isolamento.
Evitare isolamenti parziali delle tubazioni.
Il luogo dell’installazione deve essere stabilito dal
progettista dell’impianto o da persona competente in
materia e deve tenere conto delle esigenze tecniche,
norme e legislazioni vigenti.
Sequenza di collegamento unità interne 5,4,3,2,1.
Collegamento
Prima di inserire le linee attraverso il foro sul muro tappare
le estremità.
Avvicinare le estremità delle linee con l’attacco a cartella
al relativo attacco posizionato sulle unità.
Serrare i collegamenti utilizzando il sistema chiave-
contro-chiave.
Applicare dell’isolante termico sui punti di giunzione.
Effettuare il vuoto nelle tubazioni di collegamento.
Verificare l’assenza di perdite di refrigerante.
Le unità interne sono identificate con delle lettere,
il collegamento frigorifero deve corrispondere al
collegamento elettrico dell’unità con la stessa lettera.
Il numero degli attacchi frigoriferi dipende dalla taglia
dell’unità esterna e dal corrispondente numero di
unità interne abbinabili.
Eseguire le connessioni delle unità interne procedendo
dall’ultimo attacco in basso verso l’alto.

16. Refrigeration connections
Preliminary instructions
Detailed information on the unit (measurements,
dimensions, fastenings, required distances, etc.) are
shown in the “Technical Data” chapter.
The refrigeration connections, equipped with stop
valves on the outdoor unit, are preset for flange joining.
The unit does not require pre-charged cooling lines.
Cooling lines must be as straight as possible, any
necessary bends shall have a radius greater than 300
mm.
Avoid the entry of uncondensable gases (air) in the
circuit, otherwise, with the unit in operation, high
pressures with the risk of damages might ensue.
Use connecting pipes and tools appropriate for the
system’s refrigerant.
Do not tighten the adhesive tape too much, so as to
avoid damaging the insulation.
Avoid partial insulation of the pipes.
The place of installation must be determined by the
system’s designer or by an expert in the field and must
take into account the technical requirements and the
current standards and legislation.
Connecting sequence 5,4,3,2,1.
Connection
Before threading the lines through the hole in the wall,
close the lines’ ends.
Bring the flanged ends of the line next to the
corresponding connector on the units.
Fasten the connections using the spanner and counter
spanner system.
Apply a thermal insulation on the joints.
Create a vacuum in the connecting pipes.
Check the absence of refrigerant leaks.
The indoor units are identified by letters, the
refrigeration connection must correspond to the
electrical connection of the unit with the same letter.
The number of refrigeration connections depends on
the size of the outdoor unit and on the corresponding
number of matchable indoor units.
Make the connections on the indoor units starting from
the lowermost connector and proceeding upwards.
