Specifying a custom paper size
1. Press the [ ] key.

2. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [System Settings], and then press the [OK] key.
To specify the size of paper in the bypass tray, select [Copier Features], and then press the [OK]
key.
3. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Tray 1 Ppr Settings], and then press the [OK] key.
To specify the size of paper in the bypass tray, select [Bypass Ppr Settings], and then press the
[OK] key.
4. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Paper Size], and then press the [OK] key.
5. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [Custom], and then press the [OK] key.
6. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to select [mm] or [inch], and then press the [OK] key.
7. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to specify the width, and then press the [OK] key.
8. Press the [ ] or [ ] key to specify the length, and then press the [OK] key.
9. Press the [OK] key.
10. Press the [ ] key to return to the initial screen.

1. On the [Start] menu, click [All Programs].
2. Click [Smart Organizing Monitor for SP xxx Series].
3. Click [Smart Organizing Monitor for SP xxx Series Status].
