3.2.14 MAIN CONTROL BOARD
NOTE:
In this procedure, you must turn the scanner upside down. Before you do
this, do the following with "User Tools".
1. Turn on the main power of this machine.
2. Push the "User Tools" key on the operation panel.
3. Select "System Settings" > "16. Prepare Carriage Lock" > "Yes".
4. Push "Exit" after "Preparation Complete. Turn Lock Switch to Lock." shows on
the LCD.
5. Push "Exit" again to go to the ready screen.
6. Lock the scanner optics unit lock switch [A].
7. Turn off the main power.
NOTE:
8. Turn the scanner upside down after you lock the scanner optics unit.
