2-3-12. Printer Status - Function 14

1. Enter the service mode. See page 2-18.

2. When the service mode menu is displayed, enter 14 at the ten-key pad.

3. The current errors are displayed. Press the up and down arrows on the scroll key to scroll through the

messages.

4. When you have finished, press Yes to return to the service mode menu.

5. Press Function if all service mode operations have been finished.

The error messages are as shown on the next page; a brief explanation follows each one. See Section 5

(Troubleshooting) for details on solving problems.
