6.3- Storage
•
Clean the product before storage.
•
Perform maintenance operations before storage.
•
For prolonged storage, empty the fuel tank and lubricate the moving parts.
•
Remove the spark plug.
•
Check and ensure the start/stop switch (9) is set at “
STOP
” position.
•
Product must be stored in a dry, clean environment protected from dust. Always lock up
product and keep out of reach of children.
•
Keep the product, instruction manual and accessories in the original packaging.
•
Position the machine so that the engine is level.
•
The engie must be cooled down before storage.
6.4- Disposal
Collected foliage and debris
•
Do not throw with household rubbish or in the environment. Dispose of collected foliage in
rubbish collection centres or seek advice from your local municipality.
Fuel
•
Before disposing of the product, empty the fuel tank. Do not dispose of fuel with household
waste, or in the environment, or in the gutter. Take the fuel to a collection centre or
recycling centre or seek advice from your local municipality.
Machine
•
Do not dispose with household garbage. Do not throw into the environment. Dispose of the
product in a collection centre for waste or seek advice from your local municipality.
