power off the machine; disconnect the supply cable and carefully
make sure that there is no sign of wear; check the stability and
efficiency of internal connections of the mains supply carefully;
extract the drip tray (a), remove the upper grilled cover and wash
with plenty of water; open the door and clean the drip tray housing
inside the machine, the nozzle support spout (e) and the grounds
funnel;
pull the grounds drawer of the machine (b); extract the frame from
the bag; extract the bag and pay attention not to break it; replace
the bag with a new one and secure it inside the grounds drawer by
means of the frame; open the door, remove the grounds funnel
and wash it with plenty of water;

the disposal of the residual coffee grounds must occur in
observance of the sanitary obligations in force in the country;
turn the baffles of the product slides (c) to close them, remove
them from canisters and wash them with plenty of lukewarm water
(product slides are plugged in);
turn the fastening levers of mixing bowls (d) clockwise, remove the
nozzles from the support by unhooking them, pull the mixing bowl
and the dust extraction ring; wash the ensemble of disassembled
parts with plenty of lukewarm water;
remove any trace of residue from the internal surfaces of the
machine and the door, above all in the proximity of the cup station
and clean with a piece of wet cloth;
dry the parts carefully and re-mount them on the machine;
when the door is open, connect the power supply cable once again
and turn on the main switch;
use the service key;

act with the utmost caution
act with the utmost caution, the vending machine is supplied and
operating to all effects; the mobile parts of the coffee brewer will
be handled;
carry out some wash cycles for the water circuits of the machine
(see 08.03.);
remove the service key, put it into its seat and close the door;
clean the outside of the machine by using a piece of non-abrasive
cloth, dampened with lukewarm water; only if necessary, use a
neutral non-foamy detergent;

use neutral detergents only; never use abrasive pieces of cloth,
steel brushes, aggressive or foamy detergents and other solvents,
boiling water and acid;
