transportation, storage and installation conditions are such that the
vending machine can not be immediately used and it is
recommended to carry out a complete wash cycle before using the
vending machine;
press the programming button (see 05.14.) to display the following
messages alternatively:
place a cup beneath the nozzles; the machine will dispense a pre-
fixed water quantity for each wash cycle;

to enable the wash cycle of the water circuit (tubes,
mixing bowls,

.);
follow the instructions on the display; make sure that the drip tray
is empty and that the machine is hydraulically connected;

to dispense water into the two mixing bowls for
instant products, press key

to dispense water through the
circuit directly dispensing hot water into the cup;
repeat the operation some times so as to rinse the whole water
circuit of the machine completely; about 50 ml is dispensed during
the wash cycles and the display shows:
power off the vending machine by means of the service key; put it
into its support (see 05.13.); power off the main switch at the back
of the machine (see 05.09.);
prepare a chlorine-based anti-bacterial sanitising solution by
following the instructions supplied with the product; after
disassembling and removing, put the product canisters, the mixer
trays, their fans and the silicone tubes for dispensing products into
the solution; the time necessary to sanitise is specified on the anti-
bacterial product package; after this time remove all parts from the
sanitising solution, dry them carefully by using a piece of clean
cloth and reassemble them in the machine; rotate the baffles of the
slides of instant product canisters to close them; load canisters as
required, by making reference to the machine configuration (see
04.) and to the canister labels; fill in the canisters with coffee
beans; close the canisters with their upper covers;
rotate the baffles of the product slides to open them and pull the
blade intended to close the coffee beans canister; (see 05.19.);
to clean and treat foodstuffs properly, refer to the content of the

lower the cover and close the door by using the lock key (see
05.02.); place the key in a safe place;
power on the machine by means of the main switch; the display
will show the following messages in sequence:
until the water quantity and temperature of the pressure boiler are
suitable for the values set up in the machine memory (by default);
after heating water in the pressure boiler, the vending machine is
ready for dispensing and the display shows the standby messages:
