the interval in seconds between two consecutive ping checks.

Timeout:

the maximum time in seconds for a ping check to wait for

response from a server.

Retries:

maximum number of retries the router will undertake for

unsuccessful ping checks to the two servers.

Interface Reset:

option to allow router to reset the network interface

after the ping check retries are exhausted.
