7.2.9 First Commissioning
Commissioning steps: 1. All the hardware (electric and hydraulic) connections are correctly done.
2. Make sure that the oil filter has been opened.
3. Make sure all the I/O settings are correct.

Pressure sensor should be connected correctly, and set the corre‐
sponding parameter for this, for example for Bosch Rexroth HM20
pressure inductor select directly sensor type via F2.10, see chapter
7.2.7 "Converter I/O Configuration" on page 71 .
● Set corresponding motor parameter, for example for Rexroth MOT-
FC_HOY motor choose motor parameter via F1.15 and F1.16,
please reference chapter 7.2.8 "Quick Configuration For Rexroth
MOT-FC_HOY Motor " on page 80 .
● Motor temperature sensor should be correctly connected to EFC
5610 according to the wiring diagram, then set E1.60 to the sensor
channel and E2.26 to 11 to active the motor thermal protection
over PTC sensor.
● Flow and pressure command values have been set to a low com‐
mand value in parameters through [F1.03] = 0, [F1.04] = 0, [F1.05]
= 10 bar, [F1.11] = 0 and [F1.12] = 400 rpm.
4. Shortly run the drive system to confirm the pump rotation direction is
correct.
5. Switch the machine on to fill the machine with hydraulic fluid, and check
the machine during operation.
6. Set the pressure and flow command value according to customer re‐
quirement, and run the machine in operating circle.
7. Bleed the hydraulic lines according to customer operation requirements
if necessary.
