POST 18VINMON FAIL
The screen should also display
18VIN VOLTAGE RAIL FAILED
User interface processor detected that the 18VIN test failed during POST. Signal
is only present while on mains.
1. Check if the problem occurs during AC and battery operation.
2. Enter Diagnostics mode and use the Sensor Readings screen to check the
voltage and ADC readings.
3. Replace the user interface PCB.

The screen should also display
18VBOOST VOLTAGE RAIL
FAILED
User interface processor detected that the 18VBOOST test failed during POST.
1. If running on battery, ensure that the battery is fully charged.
2. Check if the problem occurs during AC and battery operation.
3. Enter Diagnostics mode and use the Sensor Readings screen to check the
voltage and ADC readings.
4. Replace the user interface PCB.

1. If running on battery, ensure that the battery is fully charged.

1. Ensure that the system is at room temperature or within operating
specifications (5-35 °C / 41-95 °F).
2. Enter Diagnostics mode and use the Sensor Readings screen to check the
voltage and ADC readings.
3. Replace the user interface PCB.
