No action required if the System Test screen in Diagnostic mode is being used to
test the External watchdog. Code 310

1. If not deliberately generated, replace user interface PCB.
2. Retrieve the DRPT and contact technical support.

EXT WDOG UNEXPECTED
An unexpected external watchdog occurred. Code 310
POST Abnormal Restart
should be logged with the same timestamp.

SOFT RESET
An unexpected external watchdog soft reset occurred. Code 310

PWR ON RESET
No action required: the device has been powered on and this event is expected.

SET CAL MODE FAILURE
Failure detected when attempting to enter Calibration mode. Check that the
system is in Diagnostics mode first, then start the PC calibration software. No
action required if the system was in Normal mode when the PC calibration
software was started.
1. If this event occurred in Diagnostics mode, retrieve the DRPT and contact
technical support

TCB SOFT RESET
Controller PCB has detected a software reset condition and attempted to send it
to the user interface processor.
