Tsi574_sync_prbs_all.txt Script

This JTAG script is used to turn on the PRBS pattern matcher for each lane to be tested. The SerDes in 
a port are offset by 0x40 from the lane 0 register of the port. The SerDes Lane 0 Pattern Generator 
Control Register is located at offset 0x1e020. Therefore lane 1 is located at offset 0x1e060, lane 2 is 
located at 0x1e0a0 and lane 3 is located at 0x1e0e0.
