10.1.4 Input Logic Variable
Both the mark signal and origin point signal can be A contact (true when electric current is
conducted) as well as B contact (true when electric current is not conducted). The logic
can be reversed to be handled with the
“Normal Open”.
In case of pulse tachometer by negative logic output, the Z pulse latch in the PSC7000
controller is captured by the edges of the signals, so the logic can be reversed. This
concept is the same as the logic reverse of the mark signal. When the input logic variable
is “False”, use the input logic as it is, and when it is “True”, reverse the input logic.

1) Z Pulse Input Logic Variable (CHn_Z_POL@)
In case of a pulse tachometer of the negative logic output, set True, so you can let the
logic reverse then reverse the edge direction.
In case of a pulse tachometer without Z pulse, set True, so you can constantly use the Z
pulse as True.
