CITY SERIES

CB40 Extended & Compact Wood Panel Kit Installation

The  wood  panel  kit  is  used  in  conjunction  with  the  extended  or  compact  
framing kit. Install the framing kit before installing the panels.

Note:

 The minimum ceiling height must be 8 feet for the framing kit and wood 

panel kit to fi t this particular application. 
The framing kit when assembled must be set to a predetermined overall height 
of 93 inches from fi nished fl oor to the top of the framing kit.

Prepare the Side Panels:
T

o prepare the side panels, attach the appropriate spacer to each panel using 

the provided spacer screws. The number of holes near the top of each panel 
can be used to identify each Side panel (see parts list: Bottom panel has 1 
hole, Middle panel has 2 holes, Top panel has 3 holes).

Bottom and Middle Panels:

Attach  Small  Spacers  to  the  bottom  and  middle  panels,  and  leave  space 
between the screw head and the spacer for easier installation.

Gap between spacer 

and screw head, spacer 

is loose.

No gap on top panels

Top Panels

On the top panel, attach large spacers and tighten the screws until they touch 
the spacers
