Remove a strip (1) of 3 mm width from the attached foil in the centre of the
upper side of the elevator. This is where the rudder will be glued.
Also glue the rudder into the provided groove in the upper side of the fuselage
using 5-minute epoxy glue and wipe off and excess glue with a cloth.
Make sure that the rudder is at exactly 90° to the elevator.
d) Mounting the Landing Gear
Screw the tail wheel mounting plate (1) to the bottom of the fuselage with two
wood screws (2).
Note that you may have to adjust the plate to the fuselage contours by bending
it slightly.
Drill open the marked axle inserts (1) for both wheel fairings (on both sides) to
the diameter of the landing gear wire.
Attach the included decals to the wheel fairings.
To attach the decals to the rounded shapes without any creases,
heat it carefully with a blow-dryer.
