13. Binding Function
Transmitter and receiver are already aligned with each other and can be used at once. Binding only needs to be
performed again after replacing the transmitter or receiver or to remove malfunctions.
Since other manufacturers use different encoding and decoding methods, transmitter and receiver cannot be combined
and operated with products of other companies.
Re-establishing the binding:
To recover binding between the transmitter and receiver, the flight battery must be plugged off and the transmitter must
be switched off. The helicopter model and the remote control transmitter must be in direct proximity to each other
(max. 1 m distance).
• Push and hold any key at the transmitter and switch on the
transmitter with the function switch.
• The LED display at the transmitter (see figure 1, item 11) flickers
and the transmitter emits short signal sounds every second. At
the same time, the aerial signal symbol in the display flashes
and the four trim bar displays run from the centre outward.
• Connect the flight battery to the model.
• The LED on the central PCB of the helicopter (see figure 24,
item 6) lights up briefly, starts flickering and then briefly goes
out.
• Once binding has been completed, the LEDs at the transmitter
and in the helicopter light back up permanently and the
transmitter’s signal sound goes out.
Binding is now completed and the helicopter should react to the transmitter’s control signals again.
If this is not the case, repeat binding.
