1.3 Intended proper use

The Patient Hoist is for use in care facilities, hospi-
tals and home purposes. The hoist described here-
in is exclusively for moving (lifting and transferring
a patient in a sling).

The max carry load of the hoist is 250 kg

The  Patient  Hoist  may  not  be  used  for  longer
transport distances, or over to other floors, or trav-
el  over  uneven  surfaces.  It  may  not  be  used  for
other purposes such as transporting other objects,
as  it  is  not  designed  for  this  purpose.  The  Patient
Hoist  may  be  used  indoors  only!  Do  not  use  the
Hoist near life-supporting equipment.

1.4  Operating comfort

The  Patient  Hoist  is  equipped  with  an  electric
hoisting  unit,  jamming  protection,  low  charge  pro-
tection,  emergency  lowering,  emergency  OFF
function and a rechargeable battery.
The  rechargeable  battery  makes  the  Patient Hoist
independent  of  an  external  power  supply  for  a
certain  period  of  time  (depending  on  the  charging
capacity  of  the  rechargeable  battery)  and  thus
increases mobility during its use.

By  activating  the  foot  pedal,  the  transport  base
frame  spreads  apart  and  thus  increases  stability.
The  rear  swivel  castors  can  be  easily  locked  by
pressing  the  locking  lever  lightly  with  your  foot.
Using the hand switch, the lifter arm can be moved
up or down without any jerky movement, and step-
lessly via the motorised drive unit.

1.5  Accessories (sling and hoist)

Various sling systems are available as accessories
for  individual  seating  requirements  and  areas  of
applications.
Use  only  REBOTEC  accessories  as  only  these
can assure a trouble-free and safe function.

There is a

2-year

warranty

 on the product

.

 A pre-

start date of the warranty period.

level of hygiene, and the technical functional integ-
rity  of  the  product  must  be  checked  over  and,  if
