Battery Light is on too much, even after
charging the batteries Low battery light indicates battery is under

Battery light will be on most of the time when
MPV is in high gear - this is normal
How do I know when to charge my 48V
batteries? If using in only electric mode, batteries will
not be recharged. In this case, an external
battery charger should be purchased. The
MPV alerts the operator to recharge the 48V
batteries by bumping back and forth while
driving in Electric mode. Stop driving
immediately, and start the engine.
Continued driving in Electric mode with low
batteries will result in damage to the
batteries which is not covered under
warranty.
Batteries are automatically charged when the
engine is running (except when being used
solely as a stationary Generator). .
If using in only electric mode, batteries will

The fuel gauge wires are touching causing a
short.
The wires should be corrected. This may short
out artwork in PCB Board. Call (DGP)
After the correction of the fuel gauge wires
the PCB board may have to be replace with
new board.
There is a grounding issue is the systems
front harness. Call (DGP)
Problems with the 48 Volt System
20 amp fuse keeps blowing
