High Level Check System Check Remedy
Neutral-
Generator switch off-
20 amp fuse open
Check 20amp fuse (yellow label fuse holder)
and replace if needed
Battery Voltage Low/ Check voltage-
12V starter battery low voltage, or battery
failure. Safety circuit disables unit when
starter battery voltage drops below ~9 volts
Replace 12V battery or charge the battery.
Low voltage
Call Manufacture for Assistance (DGP)
Ignition switch failure Test and replace ignition switch if needed
Drive system doesn’t operate with normal
function. Check voltage while under load by drive
system. Ideal should read 54.1. If the voltage
drops to 40 volts a cell in battery pack may
be failed. This should be preformed in
electric mode.
Generator switch is in ON position, 100A
battery fuse, 48V battery missing or failed
open circuit, 12V starter battery low,
contactor(s) stuck open
Move Generator switch to OFF position
Check Continuity on fuses.
Check 100A fuse, replace if necessary
Check 48V battery circuit. Repair or replace if
needed
Check 12V starter battery, recharge or
replace if needed
Check voltage on contactors Contactors should be closed when key is in
ENGINE RUN position. Verify and replace if
needed
Symptom
Unit does not function at all (dead silence)
(No audible click)
