4. Remove and discard all serviceable gaskets and diaphragms.
5. Remove ail check valves

from pump body.

Cleaning

1. Clean ail pump components with kerosene.
2. lf necessary, clean pump mounting surface on Multi-fuel (Throttle Body) Atomizer with isopropyl
alcohol.
3. Dry all components with low pressure compressed air.

Assembly

1. Install all check valves in pump body.
2. Fully assemble fuel pump. Ail serviceable gaskets and diaphragms must be replaced.
3. install fuel pump. Use Loctite 242 on mounting screw threads.
4. Connect fuel hoses to fuel pump.
