Then the EchoView initializes the wireless network. When the network
is found and communication is established, the main reading screen is
shown. It includes signal strength, battery charge, and the identification
numbers of all monitors on the network:
The monitor name shown on the EchoView screen is the ID of the
monitor’s radio or the first four characters of the monitor’s radio.
Note:
If no monitors are within the EchoView’s range, its display will only
show the radio-on indicator, battery charge, and buzzer on/off icon.
If you see this screen, check the following:
Is the antenna attached?
Does the Pan ID match the network you want to join?
Does the Channel match the channel on which the other instruments
are operating?
Are the other instruments turned on and within range?
Did you change the Pan ID or Channel? If so, restart the instrument.
Is the FMC2000 Controller’s Pager Function enabled? If not, enable
it.
