C1XTN02 Rear Transition I/O Module

Standard Features

The optional C1XTN02 provides the following features (

Figure 3

):

SCSI 68-pin (Ultra Fast/Wide) Micro-D female connector

SCSI 50-pin (Ultra Fast/Narrow) shrouded, latching header

Floppy drive 34-pin shrouded, latching header

Two EIDE or IDE device 40-pin shrouded, latching headers

Speaker header

System reset header

System Monitor header that can be used to interface with alarm components

Parallel port 26-pin shrouded, latching header

Note:

 A cable attaches this header to the parallel port connector on the rear I/O panel.

The C1XTN02 provides the following features on the rear I/O panel:

PS/2 mouse 6-pin Mini-DIN connector

PS/2 keyboard 6-pin Mini-DIN connector

VGA video 15-pin D-Sub female connector

USB1 connector

RJ-45 10/100BaseT Ethernet connector

Two serial port 9-pin D-Sub male connectors

Parallel port 25-pin D-Sub female connector

SCSI 68-pin (Ultra Fast/Wide) Micro-D female connector

Two injector/ejector handles

Four captive fastening screws
