Do the following:
1.

Check the location of the gripper.

2.

Make the library not ready.

3.

Open the service door.

4.

Verify the location of the cartridge and check it for damage.
- If the cartridge is not damaged, put the cartridge in the storage cell and
check for correct seating.
- If the cartridge is damaged, remove the cartridge from the system.

5.

Inspect the storage location or drive for visible damage.
