12 Make sure the printer’s Online light is on and press the

printer’s Copy key.

If the Online light is not on, press the Online key to put the printer
on line.

Caution:

Do not press on or open the scanner cover during the

copy process.

13 On the printer’s message window you should see

COPIER MENU

COPY

14 You must set the scan size of the document through the con-

figuration menu before copying through the ADF. See the
next section for more information on configurations.

15 Press the Select key and you should see

COPY

READY TO COPY

16 Press the Select key again and the scanner should begin

copying your document.

17 When the copying is complete, remove the document from

the output paper stacker.
