• To enhance the PL unit’s maintainability, operability and ventilation, allow at
least 50 mm clearance between the PL and any other objects. (The clearance
must be large enough to allow you to insert or remove expansion boards and to
attach connectors.)

• Avoid using the PL where the ambient temperature will exceed 45°C.
• Avoid placing the PL next to other devices that might cause overheating.
• Be sure that the panel’s viewing angle is tilted no more than 30 degrees from
parallel to the operator (i.e. operator is directly in front).
• Keep the PL away from arc-generating devices such as magnetic switches and
non-fuse breakers.
• Avoid using the PL in environments where corrosive gases are present.
