Fasten the replacement upper tie rod end to the upper arm axle using
the bolt and washer removed in step 3, torque the bolt to 300 inch
pounds (25 ft-lbs).

Fasten the replacement lower tie rod end to the cam assembly using
the bolts and washer removed in step 2, torque the bolt to 300 inch
pounds (25 ft-lbs).

Replace the covers as described per procedure,
