During the Polycom Data Store installation, the user will be asked to log into an MSDE
account. Enter “sa” for username and “mypass” for the password. This user account is
created by default in MSDE and cannot be changed by the installer. If MSDE has been
installed via another method, or with a different “sa” password, then the user should use
the currently defined password.

In some cases, there may be an error message that states “Error 1500: Another
installation is in progress. You must complete that installation before continuing this one”
at the end of the Polycom Data Store installation. If this occurs, wait a moment before
clicking Retry and the installation should continue.
