Chair and carriage electrical connections
Inspect the individual connector blocks. The standard manual carriage will
have one 6 way minifit molex connector. If your carriage is fitted with
powered options, it will be supplied with additional connectors. There will be
an extra 6 way minifit molex connector for the powered footrest.
Manual and Powered Swivel Carriage
Route the wiring loom from
the direction arm controls
neatly into the seat base
throught he cutout for the
opposite hand swivel
mounting.The two grey
wires terminated with spade
connectors should be
connected into the seat
swivel interlock switch.
Connect the male and female 6 way minifit molex connectors together and
secure all cables with the tiewraps and self adhesive clips supplied as
shown in the above picture.
Refit the plastic cable cover
retained earlier.
Ensure that the cables do
not interfere with the
operation of the swivel
lever mechanism or the
swivel interlock switch.
Powered Footrest Carriage
Route the wiring loom from
the powered footrest
control arm controls neatly
into the seat.
Connect the male and
female 6 way minifit molex
connectors together and
secure all cables with the
tiewraps and self adhesive
clips.
Refit the plastic cable cover
Refix the seat pad using the 3 pozi bolts. These can be accessed by
swivelling the seat into the exit position.
