1. Tap

Shipping History

in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. All of the Parcel Shipping labels are listed by date. The latest date appears first in the list. The Date

column shows the date you purchased the postage.

3. Find your label in the list.

4. Tap the label to open the details screen.

5. Tap

Reprint Label

6. Tap the tick box to confirm you will not use the label multiple times.

7. Tap

Reprint

Getting a refund for a Parcel Shipping label

Void a Parcel Shipping label to cancel it. The funds will be re-credited to your Purchase Power account.

You can void a Parcel Shipping label up to fourteen days after it has been printed. Your Purchase Power
invoice will list both your postage charges and voided Parcel Shipping labels (credits).

Shipping History

in the application drawer at the bottom of the Home screen.

2. All of the Parcel Shipping labels are listed by date, the latest date appearing first in the list. The

Date column corresponds to the date you purchased the postage.

3. Find your label in the list.

4. Tap the label to open the details screen.

5. Tap

6. Tap the tick box to confirm you accept the terms and conditions.

8. Press the back button twice to return to the Home screen.
