Installing the printhead

A new printhead may need to be installed when the existing printhead is producing poor print quality.

1. Tap

Settings

on the toolbar.

2. Scroll down and tap

Envelope Printing

3. Tap

Install Printhead

4. Lift the cover; the ink cartridge moves to the front position.

5. Flip the ink cartridge guard open.

6. Remove the ink cartridge as shown on the label to the right of the cartridge holder.
