OPERATION OF KEYS ON THE CONTROL PANEL
Table below shows the basic procedure for setting the chamber temperature, CO
2
and O
2
density. The
high limit alarm temperature setting is also shown in the table. Perform key operations in the sequence
indicated in the table. The example in the table is based on the assumption that the desired temperature
is 36.5
o
C, CO
2
density is 5 % and O
2
density is 5 %. Adjustment of the high limit regulator should be
executed after the chamber temperature reaches the stable condition.
(The unit is set at the factory so that the chamber temperature is 37
o
C, CO
2
control is 0 % and O
2
density
is 20 %.)
Allow at least 8 hours until the next setting after setting of desired chamber temperature and setting CO
2
density to 0 %, at the time of first start-up or start-up after no use for long period.

higher than chamber temperature.
In digital CO
2
density indicator, HI is displayed.
In digital temperature indicator, high limit temp. is
displayed. The high limit temp. can be changed
by turning high limit regulator.
10 Press enter key.
ENT
This is the end of set mode and the indicators
display current temperature and density.
• In each setting mode, if the change of the setting is not necessary, pressing set key (SET) skips to next
setting mode.
• When the CO
2
density is set to 00.0 % and O
2
density is set between 18.1 % and 21.9 %, the control is
OFF regardless of the chamber atmosphere.
• The high limit temperature set value will change when the high limit regulator is turned even if the unit is
not in setting mode, because the alarm circuit is an independent circuit.
• In each setting mode, the indicator returns to the current temperature and density display mode
automatically when 90 seconds has passed without any key operation.
• The setting of O
2
density is 70 % in maximum when the setting of CO
2
density is higher than 10.1 %.
And, the setting of CO
2
density is 10 % in maximum when the setting of O
2
density is 70.1 %.
• Always ventilate the chamber when changing to CO
2
control only from O
2
control.
