System

System preferences are divided into General, Display, Time Zone, Astronomical

and Advanced sections, along with the following options:

General

Sliders Always Run Memories

By default, sliders raise and lower the intensity of the lights in the

Light Grid

, and

only

play back Memories

when PLAY is active. Change the “Sliders Always Run

Memories” option to ‘Yes’ if you want sliders to play back Memories at all times
and in all tasks, including

SELECT

. This option is useful for ‘busking’-style

operation, when the operator wants to layer recorded looks, while having quick
access to individual lights.

Number of Lights

This option sets the size of the

SELECT grid

. The maximum number of lights is

600, regardless of fixture type. Setting the number of lights to match the number
used in the show is recommended.

Console Name

Allows the user to set a unique name for the console. This name will be shown in
Pathport Manager and be the name displayed by the neato™ iOS app.
