Once we have all the sensors installed, we will collect all the cables with the supplied clips
and
adapt all the wires of the sensors to the position of the Switchboard , we have to
leave a clean and correct installation. Especially so that the cables do not have vibration and
can break the Sensors.
Note: We have to leave the wires of the Sensors with some slack and tolerance,
that is to say not to leave the cables very tight or tight, this with time will give us
problems of breakages and possible failures in the Sensors. We are going to give
you a certain tolerance and we are going to leave you a little loose so you can work
with the vibrations. The adjustment clips are not going to be tightened very hard
simply to hold the cables.
We are going to connect the cables of the Sensors with the connection part of Vga to the
Switchboard, we are going to connect each Sensor with the other part, you will find that
some of the watertight connectors have been identified by a thermo-shrinkable termination
with color, therefore it is clear if we have color we will respect the color connection and if we
do not have color it is because we only have:
1 - 4 Pins connector (Pressure Sensor)
1 - 3 Pins connector (Fuel Sensor)
The color connections are only for connectors - Sensors:
1 - Pins (Revolutions in red)
1 - Pins (Mass Cable in black)
