How to configure RPM
As we said above, this Engine Break is based on the Vittorazi Moster engine, but we can
apply it to other types of Engines, well the only thing that can change us is the Revolutions
x minute / RPM of the engine in which we are going to make the SHOOTING.
We will see that on the screen we have the "CON" button, we click on this button
and a new window opens, here we can change - introduce the new RPM according to the en-
gine we want to shoot, for example, we are going to change the engine to a SkyEngines
model 110 S that has as maximum RPM = 11000 / 11300.
Then at 8000 RPM we put 11000 (near maximum RPM, means to put the engine to maximum
for 30 Seconds), at 7000 Rpm we put 10000, at 6000 RPM we put 8000, at 5000 RPM we
put 7000 and at 4000 RPM we put 6000 (means to put the engine in low RPM where more
or less begins to deliver the thrust).
If we realize, “Running” means increasing the RPM and lowering the Time. We will adapt the
RPM to our type of Engine. It is very simple.
Second phase of Shooting
Make flights or field tests for a maximum of 30 minutes until completing 15 liters of gasoline
(approximately 4 hours of operation).
Do not use the engine at the same revolutions for a long time, so having gradual acceleration
and gradual deceleration is also recommended.
