Perform a General Check of the Screws and Components.
Regular Use
Reduce the percentage of oil to 2.5%.Regular Use of engine. Repeat the following controls
for up to 10 hours of use.
First check-up
Below is the list of checks which must be performed during the first 10 hours of operation.
It will not be necessary to repeat these controls after 10 hours.
1 - Tighten the cylinder head nuts (16-17 N/m) after 2 hours and 10 hours as long as the
engine is cold.
2 - Check the spark plug color after the first phase of running.
3 - Check the belt tension after 5h and 10h.
4 – The idling or decrease must be stable between 2,000 - 2,200Rpm.
5 - Tighten and check all screws, bolts and nuts.
6 - Verify if there are any leaks of oil, grease or gasoline.
7 – Check and control the breakage of the Silemblock which hold the Engine to the Chas-
sis.
8 - Before each flight, check the tightening of the screws on the propeller.
