Replacing the Battery Pack

CAUTION:

Risk of explosion if battery is replaced by an incorrect type. Replace only with X-Rite part

number SE15-48, self-protected rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack.

ATTENTION

: Risque d'explosion si la batterie est remplacée par une batterie de type incorrect. Utilisez

uniquement le bloc-batterie X-Rite au lithium-ion rechargeable et à autoprotection (n° de réf. SE15-48).

Dispose of used battery promptly. Keep away from children. Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in
fire.

1. Carefully turn the device on its side.
2. Remove the two screws (1) from the battery cover.

3. Swing open the battery cover (2) and remove the battery pack (3) from the compartment.

4. Disconnect the battery connector (4) by pressing in on the locking tab and unplugging the connector. Do

not disconnect by pulling on the battery wires.

5. Plug the new battery pack plug into the connector in the battery compartment. Press in until the

connector is properly seated.

6. Insert the new battery pack into the battery compartment.
7. Swing the battery cover closed and reinstall the two screws.
